At MAGSHOTS, every order is personalised and made especially for you using the photos or artwork you provide. Because each item is custom-made, we kindly ask that you read our policy below before placing your order.

Personalised Products

As all MAGSHOTS are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong package
  • Incorrect photos uploaded
  • Spelling or information provided incorrectly by the customer
  • Photos that are low quality or blurry when supplied by the customer

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in producing and packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll review your case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production has started, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel your order.

Returns

If we've asked you to return an item, we'll provide instructions before any return is sent.

Please do not return products without contacting us first.
