How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple!

How do I order multiple copies of the same photo?
Simply upload the same photo again for each additional copy you'd like.
For example, if you'd like three magnets using the same image, upload that photo three times.
Can I use business logos or artwork?
Absolutely! We can create magnets from business logos, company branding, sports club logos, school artwork and other designs, provided you own the rights or have permission to use them.
What types of photos work best?
For the best results, we recommend uploading clear, high-resolution images.
Photos taken on modern smartphones usually produce excellent results.
How long does it take to make my order?
Every MAGSHOT is made to order.
We aim to produce and dispatch most orders within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, such as Christmas or other seasonal holidays, production may take a little longer.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, most UK orders arrive within 2–4 working days depending on the delivery service selected.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes.
We offer FREE UK delivery on orders of £25 or more.
Orders below £25 are charged at our standard UK delivery rate.
Can I track my order?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information (where applicable).
If you haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Are the magnets waterproof?
Our magnets are designed for everyday indoor use and are made using high-quality materials. While they can be wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth, they are not intended for prolonged exposure to water or outdoor use.
Can you edit my photos?
We may make minor adjustments such as cropping to ensure your photo fits the magnet correctly. We don't routinely retouch or alter images, so please upload the version you'd like us to print.
What if my photos don't fit perfectly?
To create the best-looking magnet, some photos may need to be cropped slightly to fit the square format. We always aim to keep the most important part of your image visible while maintaining the best possible result.
Can I upload screenshots or social media photos?
Yes, but please note that screenshots and downloaded social media images may have lower resolution, which can affect the print quality.
Can I use black & white photos?
Absolutely! Black & white, colour, vintage, and edited photos all work beautifully.
Can I use them outside?
Our magnets are designed for indoor use.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What happens to my photos after my order?
Your privacy is important to us. Your photos are used only to produce your order and are never shared with third parties. Once your order has been completed, we retain your files only for a limited period to help with any issues or reorders, after which they are securely removed.
